COVID PRECAUTIONS

Whilst the Government continues to encourage people to ‘avoid public transport’, private hire remains a safe and viable alternative.
Below are the precautions we are taking with for the safety of our passengers:

  • All chauffeurs actively encouraged to follow Public Health England (PHE) Guidelines including the use of hand sanitisers and regularly washing their hands.

  • All vehicles are assigned with PPE.

  • Vehicles are free of litter or debris.

  • All vehicles are wiped down between passenger use:

    1. Door handles
    2. Window switches
    3. Seating areas
    4. Seat belt and buckles

  • Face coverings are required to be always worn by chauffeurs and passengers for the duration of the journey and whilst in the vehicle.

  • Passengers are seated as far as possible from the chauffeur in-vehicle.

  • Wipes are used to clean passenger’s luggage that the chauffeur has come into contact with.

  • Hand sanitiser and masks are available in-vehicle for passenger use.
