Our Story
From humble beginnings as a regional car service company in 2013, today, Herts Executive provides UK-wide and international ground transportation solutions for business and premium leisure passengers. The company has made several acquisitions over the last few years and now operates from three hubs across the UK. The vision though, remains the same; to provide an executive travel service that is reliable, professional, safe and consistent. A service that is more than ‘just a mini-cab service’ And to provide the service at a competitive and affordable price.
Herts Executive is a closely knit team that share a common purpose of delivering passengers to destination, ready to be their best. Culturally the company has built itself up around a shared passion for delivering excellent customer service and pride in delivering a journey that exceeds expectations.

From the moment you make a booking, client service agents and dispatchers take any logistical worries off your hands. Using state-of-the-art technology, they check and double-check details, monitor flights for delays and roads for traffic.
On the ground our drivers take responsibility for getting passengers to and from their destinations, safely and discreetly.

Herts Executive is committed to the highest standards in passenger safety ensuring that you satisfy your organisational duty of care to your business travellers. In addition to regular in-house training, our drivers are:
- Enhanced DBS checked every three years
- Undergo an independent medical at least every three years
- DVLA driving record checks carried out every six months.

Herts Executive is committed to the highest standards in passenger safety ensuring that you satisfy your organisational duty of care to your business travellers.
- Vehicles are always fully compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintained in accordance with Manufacturer schedules
- Pass VOSA MOT tests annually from the third anniversary of vehicle registration.
- Pass annual mechanical inspections at a Licensing Authority approved site, irrespective of vehicle age.

Our fleet comprises of Mercedes E-Class assisted with hybrid technology which helps us to reduce our carbon footprint and impact on our environment. Our booking technology allows us to significantly reduce vehicle movements, mileage and carbon emissions. We also promote car sharing options to help further reduce our carbon footprint.
We believe that investing in greener technologies both on the road and in logistics and planning is hugely important for the future viability of the business. We understand that we may be privy to private or commercially sensitive conversations while we are working with you. All our chauffeurs have signed confidentiality agreement clauses as part of their contract with us, so you can be sure that anything said or done in one of our cars will be held in the strictest confidence.
